I first used the Underground Training lab’s blog, but had problems with upgrading it to the latest version, so I deleted it and used Expert WordPress.

The other odd thing I found w/ The Underground Training Lab’s install, was that they did NOT include their own SEO Plugin. You would think that they would have, but no.
